A range of workpieces that can be held hasbeen expanded by a combination of a quick working magnetsystem and clamps by use of T-grooves.As the mechanical clamping mechanism is incorporated,irregularly shaped workpieces and nonmagnetic workpieces thatcannot be held by normal electromagnetic chucks can be heldeasily.When clamping a nonmagnetic workpiece, such work asdemounting the electromagnetic chuck from the machine tablecan be eliminated.Model KEZX comes both in the fl at type and vertical type.�E�Features�E�●Super powerful electromagnetic chuck specially designed forheavy duty cutting.●Small and irregularly shaped workpieces can be held fi rmly bya combination of a magnet and clamping by use of T-slots.●Since a nonmagnetic workpiece can be secured by clampingby use of T-slots, such steps as mounting and demountingthe electromagnetic chuck to and from the machine table arenot required.●With the vertical type, eff ective usage of T-grooves with themagnetic force of the electromagnetic chuck reduced (orturned off completely) facilitates positioning of the workpieceor obtaining the reference plane.●Workpieces having a small attractive face area can also beclamped fi rmly.�E�Application�E�Designed for heavy duty cutting by a milling machineand planomiller.
