DHModel PCMG-C POWERFUL ROUND GRID TYPE MAGNETIC BAR UNITEApplicationEA unit consisting of powerful magnetic bars arranged in a grid. It is used toremove iron from various granular materials when they fall in round ducts orpipes. It can also be placed or suspended in a liquid tank to remove iron.EFeaturesE●High grade fi nish of sanitary specifi cation.●Various sizes are available to meet various duct sizes and pipe diameters.●High power magnetic bars: a powerful rare earth magnet having a propertyvalue of 1.2 T (12,000 G) or 1.35 T (13,500 G) or over is incorporated andthe surface maximum magnetic fl ux density is 0.8 T (8,000 G) or 1 T (10,000G) or over.●These are of waterproof construction to allow installation in liquid.●Since permanent magnets that maintain a strong magnetic force almostperpetually are used, the running cost can be reduced signifi cantly.■ An example of equipmentutilizing magnetic barsThis equipment can turn its magnetic force on andoff to remove attracted iron. When the lever is pulled, the magnetic bars in the pipes move to the box andthe pipes lose the magnetic force. When the lever ispushed in, the pipes regain the magnetic force.※This equipment is made to order and will be manufacturedafter determination of sizes, etc. with the customer.ON OFFMagnets contributing tothe glitter of pure whitecrystal sugar.PCMG-C20■P owerful round grid type magnetic bar unit EmmEEnE]Model ProcessingCapacityDimensions Applicable Magnetic Bar Casing Surface Max.
