Application
An electromagnetic chuck with a vacuum chuck function of grid seal type added. The vacuum chuck function enables it to hold nonmagnetic work pieces.
Features
- The vacuum chuck can be configured to a desired usage area using seal rubber.
- Since vacuum is maintained by use of seal rubber, a high degree of vacuum can be maintained even when work pieces are slightly warped.
- Usable in wet operations.
